Most educators, deans, and school staff are never trained in how to create and facilitate restorative circles.

Not in college. Not in PD. Not anywhere.

Yet we expect them to build community, support students through conflict, lead tough conversations, and repair harm without the tools to do it.

That’s why I created Empowerment Through Circles. This course is built from my lived experience as a public-school student, father, teacher, dean, and assistant principal. Someone who has facilitated nearly 1,000 restorative circles with students, staff, and families.

I’ve seen firsthand how restorative circles transform learning spaces, rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and help entire communities grow together.
